All shipping is expedited. We generally ship orders within 1-2 days through Canada Post. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they become available (usually within one week) with no additional fee. We are not responsible for any customs delays, duties and/or taxes applied to your order after shipment.

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that your product is damaged during the shipping process, please contact me immediately at info@vsartshop.com to arrange a replacement product. We will require photographs of the item(s) as well as the packaging for the insurance claim
